Terms & Conditions for Promotions & Coupons

  1. Scope of Promotion
    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, coupons, discounts, referral credits, and special pricing (collectively, “Promotions”) listed on the Promotions & Coupons page of TBM Company Services (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Use of any Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  2. Eligibility

  • Unless otherwise noted, Promotions are valid only for services provided by the Company in the service areas listed on our website.

  • New client offers apply only to individuals or business accounts that have not previously received service from us under their account or location.

  • Some offers (e.g., senior discount, military & veteran discount) require proof of eligibility: for example, age 65 or older, or active duty/reservist/veteran status.

  • Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel any Promotion if verification fails.

  1. Redemption & Usage

  • To redeem a Promotion, the customer must contact us (via phone, email, or other designated method) and reference the specific offer.

  • Some Promotions require certain commitments (for example, entering into a minimum-term maintenance agreement) — see each offer’s details for conditions.

  • The offer amount or discount applies only to the cost of specified services and does not apply to additional or unscheduled services unless explicitly stated.

  • Discounts or credits cannot be applied to past invoices or prior service.

  • The Company reserves the right to adjust dates or scheduling of services; the Promotion remains valid only if service is scheduled and completed within the timeframe advertised.

  1. Referral Credits

  • With referral-based offers, the existing customer (referrer) must follow the referral process as specified (e.g., provide the new customer’s name/contact).

  • The new customer (referee) must enter into an eligible service agreement as required by the offer.

  • The $200 service credit (or other stated amount) will be applied to the referrer’s future invoice(s) once the new customer has completed payment for the qualifying service.

  • If the new customer cancels or fails to pay within a stipulated time, the referral credit is void.

  1. Duration and Validity

  • Unless otherwise noted, each Promotion is valid only for services scheduled and completed within the promotion period stated (for example: “From 10/2025 – 12/2025”).

  • The Company may extend, modify, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Cancellations or changes do not affect services already scheduled and confirmed under an active Promotion.

  • Offers are subject to availability and capacity. We reserve the right to decline service requests under a Promotion if scheduling is exceeded or operational constraints apply.

  1. Large Project Discounts

  • For offers such as “20% Off Large Projects,” the term “large project” is determined at our discretion (based on size, scope, or value of services).

  • The discount applies to the total service cost of the defined “large project,” excluding any previously discounted work, mandatory fees, or third-party costs.

  1. Senior / Military & Veteran Discounts

  • The 10% senior discount applies only to individuals aged 65 or older at the time of service commencement, and only one senior discount may be applied per invoice.

  • The 10% military & veteran discount applies to active duty, reservists, veterans, and retired U.S. military members; proof of service or status is required.

  • These discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

  1. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Unless explicitly stated, Promotions do not apply to fees, permits, materials not supplied by the Company, after-hours or emergency services, or services that were requested or commenced prior to the Promotional period.

  • Promotions are non-transferable, void where prohibited, and not redeemable for cash (except as expressly provided, e.g., a service credit).

  • All Promotions are subject to a minimum service charge of $200. Discounts apply only to amounts exceeding the minimum charge unless a specific offer states otherwise.

  • In case of dispute, the Company’s decision is final.

  1. Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • Standard service cancellation or rescheduling policies apply even when a Promotion is used. If a service is canceled or significantly rescheduled at the customer’s request causing additional cost or delay, the Company may revoke or modify the Promotion.

  • If the customer requests changes to services after booking under a Promotion that materially alter the scope, the Company may require re-evaluation of the Promotion terms.

  1. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • While the Company strives to deliver quality service, the Company makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated for each service.

  • The Company’s liability in connection with any Promotion is limited to the value of the discount or credit as advertised; in no event will the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. General

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; modifications apply prospectively and do not affect Promotions already confirmed.
