Terms & Conditions for Promotions & Coupons

1. Scope of Promotion

  1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotional offers, coupons, discounts, referral credits, and special pricing (collectively, “Promotions”) offered by TBM Company Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By redeeming or using any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. General Eligibility & Limitations

    • Service Area: Promotions are valid only for services performed within our designated California service areas.

    • New Clients: “New Client” offers apply only to individuals or businesses that have not previously contracted TBM Company Services for any location.

    • No Stacking: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or bundles unless explicitly stated in writing.

    • Verification: We reserve the right to require proof of eligibility (e.g., ID for Senior/Military discounts) and may refuse a Promotion if verification is not provided.

    • Minimums: All Promotions are subject to a minimum service charge of $200. Discounts apply only to the portion of the invoice exceeding this minimum.

    3. Redemption & Usage

    • Method: To redeem, you must reference the specific Promotion code or offer at the time of booking.

    • Exclusions: Discounts apply to labor and standard service costs only. They do not apply to:

      • Permit fees or third-party costs.

      • Materials not supplied directly by the Company.

      • After-hours, emergency, or "rush" services.

      • Past invoices or work already in progress.

    • Deadlines: Promotions are only valid for services both scheduled and completed within the advertised timeframe.

    4. Specific Program Rules

    • Referral Credits: To earn a credit, the "Referrer" must be an existing client. The "Referee" must sign an eligible service agreement and complete their first payment. Credits are applied to the Referrer’s future invoices and have no cash value.

    • Large Project Discounts: "Large Projects" are defined at our sole discretion based on scope and value. Discounts apply to the total defined project cost, excluding mandatory fees.

    • Senior & Military Discounts (10%):

      • Senior: Available to clients aged 65+.

      • Military: Available to active duty, reservists, and veterans with valid proof of service.

      • Limit: One 10% discount per invoice; cannot be combined with other seasonal promos.

    5. Cancellation & Changes

    • Rescheduling: If you reschedule a promotional service outside the valid offer period, the Promotion may be voided.

    • Scope Changes: If the project scope is materially altered after booking, we reserve the right to re-evaluate or revoke the discount.

    • Termination: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any Promotion at any time without notice, though we will honor confirmed bookings made prior to the change.

    6. Legal & Liability

    • No Cash Value: Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Liability Limit: Our liability regarding any Promotion is strictly limited to the specific dollar value of the discount or credit offered.

    • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
